Unlimited Detailing – Terms & Conditions

By booking or using any services provided by Unlimited Detailing, you (“the Customer”) agree to the following Terms & Conditions.

1. Services

Unlimited Detailing provides professional vehicle detailing services, including but not limited to interior detailing, exterior detailing, polishing, waxing, and ceramic coatings. Services are performed based on the package selected and the condition of the vehicle at the time of service.

2. Appointments & Scheduling

  • Appointments are subject to availability.

  • Customers must provide accurate vehicle and contact information when booking.

  • Unlimited Detailing reserves the right to refuse or reschedule services due to weather, safety concerns, or unforeseen circumstances.

3. Pricing & Payment

  • Prices are based on vehicle size, condition, and selected services.

  • Final pricing may change if the vehicle condition is significantly worse than described at booking.

  • Payment is due upon completion of service unless otherwise agreed.

  • Accepted payment methods include [cash, card, e-transfer, etc.].

4. Cancellations & No-Shows

  • Cancellations or rescheduling require at least 24 hours’ notice.

  • Failure to provide notice may result in a cancellation or no-show fee.

  • Repeated no-shows may result in refusal of future bookings.

5. Vehicle Condition & Personal Belongings

  • Customers are responsible for removing all personal belongings prior to service.

  • Unlimited Detailing is not responsible for loss or damage to personal items left in the vehicle.

  • Pre-existing damage (scratches, dents, stains, mechanical issues) is not the responsibility of Unlimited Detailing.

6. Results Disclaimer

  • Detailing improves appearance but does not guarantee complete removal of all stains, scratches, odors, or defects.

  • Some imperfections may be permanent and outside the scope of detailing services.

7. Damage & Liability

  • Unlimited Detailing will take reasonable care when servicing vehicles.

  • We are not liable for damage caused by pre-existing conditions, aftermarket modifications, fragile components, or prior repairs.

  • Any concerns must be reported immediately upon service completion.

8. Ceramic Coatings & Specialty Services

  • Ceramic coatings require proper curing and aftercare.

  • Failure to follow aftercare instructions may void any warranty or expected results.

  • Coating longevity depends on maintenance, driving conditions, and environmental exposure.

9. Mobile Detailing (If Applicable)

  • Customers must provide safe access to the vehicle, including sufficient space and permission to work on the property.

  • Unlimited Detailing is not responsible for fines, tickets, or issues related to parking or location restrictions.

10. Satisfaction Policy

Customer satisfaction is important to us. If you are not satisfied, please notify us before leaving or immediately after service so we can address the issue.

11. Right to Refuse Service

Unlimited Detailing reserves the right to refuse or discontinue service for unsafe conditions, abusive behavior, or unrealistic expectations.

12. Changes to Terms

Unlimited Detailing may update these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any changes.
